Please read these instructions carefully

  • Note that the application can only be made for research at Lund University, on the nervous system and its disorders.

  • IMPORTANT - save your application often, as the session is only active for 20 minutes since it was last saved. After that time you will be logged out and any information you have added since the last saved session will be lost.

  • Save the application before you sign. Otherwise you risk losing information.

  • Use only numbers in the fields for amounts in SEK, no spaces and no other characters.

  • Fields marked with (*) must be filled in, otherwise your document will not be saved.

  • Fields with max length are limited to the max number of characters. Check the number of characters before you paste your text into the field.

  • You will have access to your application form up until you sign the application.
